Contemporary, fairly clean hotel with good food and attentive staff. Unbeatable setting in the very very nice area, close to 5fth avenue, Playa del Carmen and all restaurants, bars on 5a AV.

Very nice stay, we were there for 7 days. The lobby was beautiful with amicable staff. The service was good and the pool was nice.

Loved how chic the property was. Room had a nicely appointed bathroom and terrace, mosquito nets and four windows. It was good standard and the beds were comfortable here.
As for me, the area was bustling.

it's great place for sightseeing and exploring playa del carmen. luxury functional bathroom. personalised service within 0.5 km of the airport.
Wi-Fi was kind of slow; very disappointing breakfast.

Low budget accommodation with perfect setting so close to Quinta Avenida and Playa del Carmen. We spent 2 nights in double room. Easy check-in & excellent service. We had a really nice stay, loved it:)))

Fairly clean and affordable accom with perfect location adjacent to restaurants, Playa del Carmen and shops. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

My favourite hotel in Playa del Carmen, the staff was fine. A top-notch venue in an enjoyable location, very good value for money. Easy check in and very good service throughout my stay.

It was tidy, staff were exceptionally kind. The beach was beautiful. Fully functional & executive king room with a luxurious bathroom. Plus their wifi was stable.

The location was fab and the staff was well organised. Bed was very big, I enjoyed it. The restaurant was convenient and the food was good. Strong wines and spirits in the lounge bar, easy to access parking place.

Great value and location was absolutely gorgeous. Quiet little and exceptionally clean place to stay in. Jam, milk, cereals, croissants and pastries were outstanding as well as the drinks. The staff seemed always accommodating, they made our stay exceptional.

great value; we would happily return. we liked hotel's rooms and staff. el pirata, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the venue. the decoration is modern.

I enjoyed incredibly convenient location and the superb service of the team. Absolutely superb view of park. There were milk, jam, fruit, breads and meats in the morning. Walking distance to the wonderful beach. Good value, beautifully designed hotel.
